Hello @Max i think i have some issues with the tab Q&A… i have inserted over 40 Q&A but when I ask a specific question to the AI chat bot, it tells me it has no information about it… why? Do all Q&As have to appear somewhere retrievable or does the AI bot use them as info to answer?

Please try to add this part to the Instructions and let me know if it helped: If the user’s question exactly matches or closely resembles a “Question” entry from the knowledge base, provide the corresponding “Answer” verbatim from the knowledge base.
If it didn’t help, please send me questions, where the bot didn’t provide correct answers ![]()

Hello Max, I am sorry but this phrase is not working correctly… sometimes works and sometimes not. The specifica questions is if we have a safe and if we have a laundry or if it’s possibile to use washing machine… anyway, more of the questions and answers. Also the breakfast ![]()
