Chatbot doesn't provide links in its responses

We are loving the Chatbot. However, even when putting specific page url links in both the Q&A and block sections, the Chatbot still doesn’t give them to people looking for specific information. Would very much like the Chatbot to be able to direct people to pages that are relevant to their questions.

I trained exactly that in the Q&A.

@Michael_Sweeney2 We’ve added this point to your instruction and now everything should be working fine: If the user’s question exactly matches or closely resembles a “Question” entry from the knowledge base, provide the corresponding “Answer” verbatim from the knowledge base.

Thank you. That is what we currently have in place–hopefully it will work now.
Is there a way to teach the AI Chatbot to direct people to pages for more information that is not specific to verbiage that we put into the Q&A section?

I guess it’s possible if you reflect your idea in Instructions clearly.

Are you going to use the same link, or it will vary depending on the case?
