I just started toying around with the Chatbot to see if it is a tool we could use on our webpage. I have fed it with our page and a bunch of documents.
However, every time I play with it and act as a customer trying to get in touch with us as a company, the bot gives me the wrong contact details. We do not have a central telephone but for some reason the bot always gives me the same ones:

Those are not our contact details. Is there any way to teach the bot to not use these? I don’t even know where they come from since the number belongs to another company and the mail adress doe snot even exist.
