Great! Thank you for this! I tried to do a scenario where the user disregards the prompt and does not input any details. It still proceeds with engagement. Was hoping that the contact details would be mandatory before proceeding. Also, I think there is a bug because it takes a while before chatbot replies without providing the details. Good work so far!
Hey there, @Kaila_Cruz and welcome to the Community
Thank you so much for the feedback!
I agree that it would be awesome to make the form completion a required condition to continue the chat. We already have this request on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here - Make form completion required to continue chat.
As for the issue described, I couldn’t replicate it. If it still persists, please send me a video screencast of the issue
The Zapier and Google Sheets integrations aren’t available at the moment. The request for the Zapier integration already exists and I’ve added an idea for the Google Sheets on your behalf - Send form details to Google Sheets
Sure! This feature shows the form details in a separate section above the chat history, so you don’t have to scroll through long conversations to find the information you need.
It’s especially helpful when you need to reach out to the user for follow-up questions or to clarify any confusion. The widget owner can review the conversation and use the form details as needed.
I see you’re using this feature for scheduling tattoo sessions, and I totally understand how sending these details to a separate list, like Google Sheets or Zapier, would be really useful.
Hopefully the devs will be able to consider these integrations in the future, and we’ll make sure to update you in case of any changes
Thank you for this update, can you provide a code so this form takes precedent over the quick replies responses. currently, if the user clicks on one of the quick replies, the bot sends the form and the answer of the quick reply so the user gets confused as he san see two answers from the bot
