AI Assistant should send a form to collect customer data
I agree, also adding zapier integration to the form will automate sending the customer data to a CRM system

This would be extremely helpful to collect leads and customer info from the chatbot. Is there an ETA for this feature to be implemented?

Since the form feature isn’t released, there is no need for a separate request. However, the form submission request is more relevant for the gateway case and I’ve moved your suggestion there
Give always a possibility to add client email so you can contact later when the bot was wrong or couldn’t answer
