I agree, also adding zapier integration to the form will automate sending the customer data to a CRM system

This would be extremely helpful to collect leads and customer info from the chatbot. Is there an ETA for this feature to be implemented?

I would second the form being a required gateway to begin the chat.

Since the form feature isn’t released, there is no need for a separate request. However, the form submission request is more relevant for the gateway case and I’ve moved your suggestion there :slightly_smiling_face:

Give always a possibility to add client email so you can contact later when the bot was wrong or couldn’t answer

Or just ask the right questions, like:

Our… experts are best equipped to answer your question or discuss all the specifics on the issue over the phone or email. Let’s gather your contact details se we can can you with an expert who can help. Could you please start by providing your name? and continue asking for email and phone afterwards

If you share this requirement in the instruction, files for training, the bot should use this answers during the conversation.

It’s important to keep instructions clear, well-structured, and concise, including only the essential information :slightly_smiling_face:

Our team would like to see email and mobile number inputs via the widget for better lead generation.
