Google Reviews: Issue with review collection [In Progress]

Hi Elfsight team!

For some reason, I’m having issues pulling Google Reviews using All In One Review. Yelp seems to work just fine. I cannot find the business using the business name and location, so I used Google Maps link. However, it still doesn’t work. There are just 5 reviews. They are ranging from 1-8 years old, not new reviews. Please see attached file for reference. I tried recreating it and I’m still getting the same thing.

Guys, I am sorry to say that our review provider encountered an issue with the collection of the reviews from new sources and they are doing their best to resolve it as soon as possible.

@user3615, I am glad to say that we’ve manually resynced your source and the reviews have been collected. Could you please check if it’s fine now?

@user33303 I am really sorry, but only 18 reviews have been collected in your widget. Our review provider is doing their best to fix the issue globally.

Once the global fix is released, we’ll be able to resync your source to collect all reviews. We’ll immediately update you as soon as we have more news.

  • Issue description: Hi there, when I enter my google business page it’s find it but can’t find the review. I know this issue has been addressed before but last post is from 2023 and it doesn’t seem like there is a way to fixe it by myself ? Is there still some technical issues or is there something I can do ?

Hi Max, are you able to help me with this same issue? I’m getting the message “No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.” despite having 29 reviews. Here is my Google Maps link

Hi Max - I’m having the same issue. I’m trying out the Google Reviews widget for the first time, but it won’t collect my reviews either. It finds the Google Maps site without a problem.

Hi Max, I am facing the same issue. source tab says : Oops! We couldn’t collect reviews from the provided source. Please double-check the source and make sure there are reviews there. If the source is correct and you’re still facing issues, reach out to our support team. We’re here to help and will figure out what went wrong.

The thing is that the issue occurred on the end of our review provider, this is why it’s hard to share the ETA at the moment. However, they are doing their best to address this issue as soon as possible.

We’re currently experiencing the same issue with our Google Reviews widget created Feb 18, 2026. In the Sources tab, we’re seeing the following message for the Google tab:

No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.

However, the Google Business profile we are trying to add definitely has active reviews that should be displayed.

Could you please forward our source to the dev team as well for investigation and a fix? We’d really appreciate it, as Reviews section is an important trust element on our sites.
