Hi Max!
I’ve been having the same issue as the others above and have been keeping an eye out on this forum for the fix, but im guessing this is being fixed per user not globally? Anyways, hope mine gets fixed too!

Yep, in some cases it’s possible to manually fix the issue. We’ve resynced your source and the reviews have been collected. Please check your widget and let me know if it’s fine now :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey max we are having the same issue. I am trying to reach you guys for human support, butthere has been no success. Can you please fix my issue? The name and location of the business are correct. I have even tried the other ways like Place id, google map address etc. Nothing is working

*The google review widget won’t collect any reviews, I keep getting this error no matter what company I select which all had google reviews:

Currently, we’re experiencing some technical issues with the review collection. I am genuinely sorry for this inconvenience!

While we’re working on the global fix, we’ve manually resynced the source added to your widget and the reviews have been collected.

If the issue still persists with other sources, please share links to your businesses on Google Maps. I’ll be happy to look into this :slightly_smiling_face:
