Google Reviews doesn't work

  • My Google Reviews widget is not collecting any reviews. The source is set correctly to England Ranch, 4285 Reese Hurt Rd, Edmonton, KY 42129. The business has 11 Google reviews. The widget finds the listing but displays “No reviews found.”

    I see on your community forum that this is a known issue (“Google Reviews: Issue with review collection [In Progress]”) and that your team has been manually resyncing sources for affected users.

    Please resync my source so the reviews are collected. The widget name is “Untitled Google Reviews” in my dashboard.

I am genuinely sorry for this situation!

We are currently experiencing issues with the collection and updating of Google Reviews. Our devs are aware of the issue and are working to fix it as soon as possible.

In some cases, it’s possible to resync the widget, but, unfortunately, the issue with your source still persists. I’ve shared it with the devs and will let you know as soon as I have more news.
