Hey Max, so just to clarify, how is the form different from simply instructing the AI to request the persons contact info? Having to manually copy the contact info from each email received from the chatbot, and add it to a contact list is still a huge amount of work.

Thank you for this update, can you provide a code so this form takes precedent over the quick replies responses. currently, if the user clicks on one of the quick replies, the bot sends the form and the answer of the quick reply so the user gets confused as he san see two answers from the bot
