To ensure workflow continuity and allow the chatbot owner to enforce their data collection practices, can you guys please incorporate the enhancements provided below to your “Collect Contacts” form? They are value-adding and conform to typical “Contact Form” design formats.

These ideas are great. We already have a request for the custom form fields and you can upvote it here - Custom form fields (Text field, Choice, Date, Time, etc).
As for the required field option, I’ve added this suggestion to the Wishlist on your behalf - Add Required field option for each field type
