Pre-filled message
We’ve added an option to set a pre-filled message that appears in WhatsApp when a user initiates a chat (Start Chat Button method):
Direct messaging right from the website
With the Send Message option, your website visitors will be able to write a message to you in WhatsApp to start a conversation:
Chat URL Sharing
Both WhatsApp Pre-filled Message and Send Message features have an option to include a page URL from which the chat was initiated to the user’s first message.
