@user3502 As for now, you don’t need to put WeChat ID to the widget. You just should generate the link, copy it and try to open on the devices where you have WeChat app installed

I entered the wechat ID (eg AAA), and generated the QR code.

I then used a phone to scan the QR code (a phone with wechat ID BBB sign-ined).

Nothing happens on wechat.

Do I have to enter ID (eg AAA) and use a phone with AAA wechat sign-in to scan it - what should i expect when you mean “it work”?

Under “it work” I meant that the chat should open using this link or QR code.

This the link to my Snowland Treks and Tours website where I have put the weChat link.

I have generated the link from the generator and added it on the website.

when I click on the link from my mobile it opens the but redirect it to support instead of opening the chat.

I see that the issue isn’t related to our app, and it’s hard to say why the WeChat link doesn’t work. I am so sorry!
