Hello, why on mobile (I have installed messeger) „start chat” button does not redirect directly to messenger app but to website?

I’ve checked your widget on mobile and the Start Chat button redirects me directly to the Facebook Messenger app. Could you please check if you have Facebook Messenger app installed on your device?
If you have, please double-check your website and let me know if the issue still persists 
Yes, sorry. I will precise - if I open my site from tiktok or instagram link. Then its not opening in app, I only see this what is on screenshot. Could you please try opening my site from instagram or tiktok link?

I’ve talked to our devs and they’ve confirmed that the widget is working correctly. The issue occurs on Facebook side and, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do with it.
You can try to contact Facebook support. Perhaps, they’ll be able to help.
