The notification mail doesn’t contain all the info

I have a big problem with the form. The notification mail doesn’t contain all of the selected items from the image choises. I was trying to fix that for few hours :face_with_peeking_eye: It is a huge bug.

Hi there,

It seems like you’re facing a significant issue with the form not including all of the selected items from the image choices in the notification email. That definitely sounds frustrating! :grimacing:

Here are a couple of things you could try to troubleshoot:

  1. Check the form settings: Make sure that all the image choice fields are properly configured to be included in the notification email.
  2. Review email template: Sometimes, the issue might be related to how the email template is set up, so double-check if there are any missing variables or tags in the template.
  3. Clear Cache & Refresh: It might be helpful to clear your cache and refresh the page, as sometimes changes don’t take effect immediately.
  4. Test with a Different Form: You could test with a different form to see if the issue is specific to this one or a more general problem.

If these don’t help, I recommend reaching out to Elfsight support directly for a more in-depth look at the issue.

Good luck, and feel free to update here if you find a solution!

Best,
Maxim!

Unfortunately, nothing helps. I just tried the cache. Other points are OK. The form works for 2-3 times and after that it goes broken.

Hi Gabriel_Steiner,

Thanks for the update! It sounds like the form works intermittently, which suggests there might be a deeper issue. Since you’ve already tried clearing the cache and the other points, here are a couple more things to try:

  1. Check for conflicts: Sometimes, third-party scripts or browser extensions can interfere with the form. Try disabling any extra scripts or extensions and see if that helps.
  2. Form submission limit: If the form is hitting a submission limit or rate-limiting, it could stop functioning after a few submissions. Check if there are any restrictions set up in your form settings or on your hosting platform.
  3. Test with a fresh form: Create a new form (copy the settings) and test to see if the issue persists with a fresh setup. This will help identify whether it’s related to the specific form or a broader problem.

If none of this resolves the issue, I would recommend reaching out to Elfsight support with the details so they can investigate further.

Hope this helps, and let us know if you find a solution!

Best,
Maxim!

Hi there, @Gabriel_Steiner

I am really sorry about this inconvenience!

I’ve tested your calculator several times and the chosen images are always displayed correctly. Here is an example when I’ve chosen all 5 options:

If the issue still persists on your end, please send me a video screencast of the issue (the process of selecting image options and then showing the info in the submission).
