We already have a request for sending the form during the chat and I’ve merged your comment with this request.
As for sending the chat transcript to website visitors, this option isn’t supported now, but a request for this is already on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here - Chat to be able to send a copy of the transcript to the user
The good news is that users can save the transcript themselves using the Copy Transcript button:
