I am absolutely in love with this AI Chatbot. It works like a charm. Its responses are better than if I wrote them myself.
I think it is by far the best widget created so far. Congratulations to all the people involved who made it possible.
The only thing missing for me to be completely happy is to get an AI Chatbot for WhatsApp that works as spectacularly well as this one does.

It still needs a lot of work. You have to ask questions in a certain way for it to respond the way you want it.

Good question. In addition it is difficult to search for a content within a text block:

Our widget doesnât have a limit for the number of text blocks, but there is a 100MB limit for all files that can be uploaded to all chatbots in your account.
Instructions can be detailed, but itâs important that they are well-structured, easy to understand, and focus only on the most essential information. Itâs best to strike a balance between being thorough and ensuring the key points are clear and concise ![]()

The char limits vary depending on the plan, you can find this info on the Pricing page.
For your (Pro) plan, the limit is 60,000,000 chars for the knowledge base used across all chatbots in your account:
