Now each user gets 100 free messages for testing the AI Chatbot from the configurator on monthly basis 
Once you hit that limit, any additional messages sent from the configurator will count toward your overall limit.

Again, it would be nice to know when Team Elfsight plans to add the highly-recommended “test messages” counter to the AI Chatbot Widget Dashboard.
As you know, currently, there’s no way to manage or view our “test messages” burn rate.

I’ve shared your idea with the dev team for consideration. At the moment, it’s difficult to predict if or when it will be implemented, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated if anything changes.
I also need to mention that we’ve had to reduce the free message limit to 100 messages. I understand it might be frustrating, but we had to make this change, since the previous limit appeared to be quite expensive.

So, based on the history for this topic (from unlimited messages to 1000 to 100), when does Elfsight plan to eliminate this feature? 
Given the limitations of Elfsight’s AI Chatbot widget, I highly recommend enhancing the documentation for the AI Chatbot widget to ensure customers’ expectations for the widget and the quality of the bot answers it produces are established from the get-go. The enhanced documentation will help minimize the amount of testing a customer may perform.
For starters, it would be nice to incorporate the intent of the below files into your documentation.

I completely understand your point, and I agree that reflecting the info you’ve shared would be a great idea. We really appreciate you taking the time to review it.
However, to make sure all your findings are correct, we need to check it with the devs. Due to their heavy workload, it might take a little time to get a response. But I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have any news

Any updates on adding the “TEST MESSAGES” counter to the AI Chatbot analytics dashboard? Your customers can definitely use it. The pros strongly outweigh the cons.

I’ve reached out to the devs, and with their current workload, we don’t have any specific plans to roll out this feature just yet. I am sorry!
I’ve still added it to the Wishlist, though! If it gets enough votes, we might be able to prioritize it sooner. You can see the idea here: Add a counter for test messages in dashboard.
We’ll keep you in the loop and update you in the Wishlist thread if anything changes.
