Hello, I created one of the AI Chatbots for a Summer Website, worked fine for a couple days and now it won’t accept any messages saying “Not Delivered”. I’ve verified that this is a personal issue, as the chatbot works fine on another account. Any ideas of what might be going on? Thanks!

The thing that is that you’ve reached the monthly message limit (50 messages on Free plan):
Thus, you can either wait until the limit is reset next month or upgrade your plan if you want to increase this limit
Does it count the messages you give it when creating it to make sure it works properly? I looked at the history of chats my friends did to test it out and it didn’t look like there were 50 messages. If it does, then that might explain why it’s already used up.
Yep, the messages sent from the configurator are also counted.
The thing is that the AI is quite an expensive feature, and each generation comes with its additional costs, this is why we have such limits and messages from the configurator are counted too.
