Is there any update we need to make? My 2 chatbots were working today, and neither are today. they just wont respond at all
Is the AI chatbot down right now? I can’t get it to respond on our live site or within the widget editor (fails with an error on the training tab after spinning.)

Same with mine! I think it’s a temporary bug or a failed update. I thought it was that I ran out of chars (the unit of memory). It probably isn’t. The widget editor, specifically the training section, loads indefinitely until it quits and displays an error message. After texting something to the bot, it will load an answer in the same way. It was working earlier today though.

It seems there were some temporary issues on our end, but I’ve checked your widgets, and they’re working fine now.
