Ok, thank you Max. It would be great if that submission could still be sent in via email, as the data from the .csv file is quite messy and does not contain the form questions but only the answers.

@Michael_Surnak I am really sorry, but, unfortunately, there is no way to deliver those 2 submissions to your email address now. Ok thank you for getting back to me Max. I’m glad only two submissions were affected. Do your devs happen to know what caused it? Is there anything I should do on my end to mitigate this?

There was a temporary glitch with the data provider connection. Our devs addressed this issue, and it shouldn’t occur anymore :slightly_smiling_face:

I am having this problem too. Fortunately as the form is brand new today, so far the responses are only from friends/family who were helping me check everything is working…but there are two responses in the CSV (and the submitters confirm they received the “thank you” success message) that have not …
