Contact form in website doesnt work properly, result doesnt sent to email
but in contact form mention send successfully, please fix this problem

@Wayan, I’m so very sorry about this issue and all the frustration. I see that my colleague Irina has already assisted you on your support ticket, but just in case I’m duplicating the main part of her reply here:
I would like to let you know that our developers have already made some progress so all the emails with old submissions should’ve been delivered to your email. However, please note that there may still be some delay with new submissions: you should receive them but it may take some time for the emails to come through.
In the meantime, you can download the form submits from the database in .csvit at any time. You can do so in your Elfsight dashboard:
