Unfortunately I’d caution business owners against implementing this. I trained it on my site, and it actually gave completely incorrect information - information that was the OPPOSITE of what my site says and what it was trained on. If it gave those responses to a potential customer, they’d be scared off. This was after training the bot on every relevant page from the site. Some AI bots are great! This one isn’t ready for prime time. Use at your own risk.

Could you please provide the following details?

  • The question where the bot gave an incorrect response
  • The incorrect answer it gave and the correct one it should have provided
  • The page/section on your website where the correct answer is found

That’s too bad and I am sure disappointing. I have found it very useful and it manages to be fairly true to our site. While not perfect it is good enough and expect it to get better over time. All the best.

Thanks for asking. Our Chatbot finds past events in our Google calendar when asked for information on an upcoming event. Having it more accurate would be a great plus. Mark

The events from the Google Calendar are published on your website and the page with these events is used for training, am I right?

I’ve just checked the latest conversation in your Unity Event Assistant widget and the bot shared the info about upcoming events only:

If I misunderstood your use case and the issue, please share a page URL/training file with the calendar events and specify the question, that helps us replicate the issue :slightly_smiling_face:
