Chat bot miss information

I have faced issues of chatbot answering information other than our business. It is answering any general query. And it provides wrong information about our business. How to restrict it to only the data we provide and does not answer any other query outside of our business?

To make the bot answer the questions related to your business only, please add this prompt to the Instruction:

If a question is related to the general subject or area the bot is designed to cover, but there’s no direct answer in the knowledge base, inform the user that you cannot provide an answer to this question

  • an example of the wrong answer
