How are knowledge gaps identified and where can I find them?

After a thread is completed, it’s fully analyzed by the language model used in the widget. If the assistant couldn’t answer certain questions, they are added as Knowledge Gaps, which you can review on the Knowledge tab:



Note: Threads have been analyzed starting from May 18, so some of you may already see Knowledge Gaps in your widgets :slightly_smiling_face:


What should I do with knowledge gaps?

There are three ways to handle Knowledge Gaps:

  • Add Knowledge – provide the correct information via Web Page, File, Text Block or Q&A, so your AI Assistant can answer this question in the future.

  • Mark as Resolved - indicate the gap has been addressed elsewhere

  • Ignore - leave it for now if it’s not relevant
