our website is healthasitoughttobe.com - when I would ask the Chatbot to help me find a product, it couldn’t find anything and unfortunately responded with a bad response and also gave out our phone number when we prefer to encourage email contact. Our phone number was removed from the Instructions but it still gave it out. It also encouraged people to visit us in person which we do not allow. I removed the address but based on removing the phone number I’m not convinced it will stop it from sharing that, Maybe what we need is a feature that gives text that shouldn’t be used in responses?

Regarding finding the products, unfortunately, our AI Chatbot can’t find the info on the page where it’s installed.
I’ve additionally checked your Instruction, Question and Answers section and Files and couldn’t find any info there. This is why the bot doesn’t provide the info about products.

I removed the Q&A about products so a customer wouldn’t click on it and then get a bad answer.
When I was chatting with Maria the phone number issue was resolved but when I was troubleshooting the “can’t find a product” issue the bot at one point suggested the phone number to me. Unfortunately the history of that testing is gone and I can’t show it to you.
I would love to use it except for these two problems, if you could add a feature that includes text you don’t want the bot to attempt to answer that would be great.

Got it, thanks! Since you’ve removed the Q&A which led the bot to the wrong answers, the bot provides only the email as a contact info now.
However, if you could add this info back, I’d be happy to look into this further
