Irrelevant questions from users in AI Chatbot transcripts

  • Issue description: Most (95%) messages are similar to “Hi” or “Ok”, or “I need money” or just a random string of characters or sometimes a nonsense question like “what are the fat of life”. This makes no sense to me, and I wonder if anyone else experiences this and what might be causing it.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to block such spam messages, but we already have this idea on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here - Block certain customer from using the chat
