Chatbot training and changes are not being reflected on my website. I’ve tried changing my phone number and updating the description of our services, but the changes don’t take effect. The incorrect information is still displayed when I ask the question: 1) What’s your phone number? And 2) What industry do you serve?

As @Sina said, maybe you didnt publish your widget (If you change something, you need to click “Publish” too.)
If it still doesn’t work, you can try to clear your browser cache.
Note: It can rarely happen that an update could be delayed!

This happens because the info in the instruction is prioritized higher than the Q&A section. In the Instruction, you also have the phone number and the info about company, this is why the bot takes the info from this section:
Please try to remove this info from the Instruction and let me know if it helped

I’m gonna piggyback on this. I have the same issue with just one section of the faq regarding infos on reservations. Everything else works fine. As a workaround I implemented a shorter version of the respective question in the general instruction. But I’d prefer to have the bot use the detailed version from the q+a section.
I already wrote an email to support, but maybe you’ll be able to help me out here @Max ?

I see that my colleague Tony has contacted you in a support ticket and add the phrase to the instruction, which resolved the issue: If the user’s question exactly matches or closely resembles a “Question” entry from the knowledge base, provide the corresponding “Answer” verbatim from the knowledge base.
