Sorry for misunderstanding! Please let me shed some light on how our widget works.
Basically, our widget is an interface that connects your website to WhatsApp. When users click Start Chat, they’re redirected to the WhatsApp app (either on mobile or desktop), where the chat happens directly on WhatsApp.
Thus, your agents won’t need access to your Elfsight account, as all messages will be delivered to their WhatsApp numbers.
Right now, our app allows adding only 1 number (agent). However, we have a Wishlist request for “Multiple Agents” option and you can upvote it here - More than one number. (Agent).
Just in case, if you’re interested in adding multiple WhatsApp numbers (agents) within 1 widget, our All-in-One Chat app will be a great option for you:
As for sharing access to your Elfsight account with other people, this option is available starting with the Pro plans.
