See chat tags (Qualified lead) in the dashboard

  • Issue description:
    So right now I have 1 widget active in my website and the sales person receiving the messages is tagging the hot leads. In order for me to be able to count those hot leads that we receive in the app I asked the sales rep to tag them after he’s taken care of them as “qualified leads” Now I want to have access to that list of tagged (or mixed list of tagged and not-tagged) leads. This way I will be able to track the total number of leads we receive in the widget every month and see/report on the progress. How can I do this? Ideally I would like to do it from the elfsight admin panel (?) in my laptop but if it’s not possible I’m opened to any other solution. Thanks in advance.

Hi Max and thank you for your answer. Not exactly, I’m not tracking the number of clicks at this point. All I need to know is how many chats have been tagged as “Qualified lead” by the sales person responsible for managing the chat. As the admin of the elfsight widget, I went into the elfsight admin panel where I saw a bunch of options but not somewhere I can see that list of tagged chats. So I was wondering, is there a way to access that? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, we don’t have specific details on how your sales representative configured the tagging process.
