Hello,

I am using the Elfsight AI Chatbot and I have enabled the final conversation form that asks for the visitor’s name, email, etc.
I would like all form submissions to be automatically sent to my email address.

Could you please explain step-by-step how to configure the chatbot so that:

1. The final form appears at the end of the conversation.

2. All form data is sent directly to my chosen email address.

1. Currently, we have two options of the data collection form to appear in our AI Chatbot – after the first response or immediately:

   

   Could you please share a bit more info on how do you envision this functionality? What do you think would determine the end of the conversation? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

2. Such emails can be configured in the General tab. Just turn on the Send Chat History to Email setting and enter the email address:
