Hello, I just joined and learned about your system yesterday. Are updates guaranteed to take 72 hours?

Yep, our Reviews widgets are updated every 72 hours. If this period is over and the new reviews still didn’t show up, please let me know. I’ll be happy to check it :slightly_smiling_face:

We are all tired of repeatedly bringing this issue to your attention, only to see you remain completely indifferent to solving it. This problem bothers everyone, so please take action and implement an update at least every 24 hours!

Dear @TutoriGo, we totally understand your frustration, and I wish there was a way to speed up the process of finding the best solution. As we previously mentioned, it’s a very complex issue we will resolve step by step.

I believe you’ve upvoted the request to reduce the cache on our Wishlist, we will be posting all the updates here: Update Displayed Reviews Every 24 hours (Reduce Cache).

The cache time of 3 days is 2 days to long. We are in 2025 :jack_o_lantern:

The good news is that we’ve now added an option to manually adjust the cache time upon request! However, to make this possible, we’ve had to introduce an additional fee, as it came with some costs on our end.

If you’d like to adjust your cache time, please reach out to our Support Team — they’ll be happy to assist you :slightly_smiling_face:

What you introduce for an additional fee should be the standard for this package in my opinion.
The Elfsight widget looks very good but I don’t want to pay for something that should be standard.

I will look for other providers after my 12 month period with Elfsight.

I completely understand your point, but, unfortunately, this is the only option to reduce cache at the moment.

If we find a way to introduce reduced cache as a standard option, we’ll update you in this thread :slightly_smiling_face:
