I am quite new, signed for Google reviews widget. A customer left a review just over 72 hours and still hasn’t been updated. Since last refresh I gained another 4 review - with current 72+ hours doesn’t seems quite interesting as I would expect.
If this impossible to get it fixed - I will start looking for someone more proactive
Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Ivan_Taranuscenko
I am really sorry about this issue!
I’ve checked your widget, and it seems that the latest reviews have been pulled. Could you please double-check it?
Hi @Max
You were right.
Guys, I have seen quite a few topics already regarding updates frequency - are you planning to implement something or more likely it will stay as it is right now?
A reduction in update frequency is currently being planned. Check it out here.
Hello @Ivan_Taranuscenko ,
for over a year now they’ve been promising to resolve this issue, but nothing has happened. Honestly, it’s very strange. Google Reviews is their most requested service, yet it’s the one where they refuse to deliver what clients truly want. I’m really disappointed, just so you know. Every time they come up with excuses, or manually update the reviews themselves and claim the problem is solved when in reality, it’s not.
I opened a support ticket, and we’ve been waiting for over a year now without any real solution. We’ve been completely ignored.
We’re in the 21st century, but their technology seems stuck in a much older one, and they refuse to make any real updates. There are definitely solutions, but they just don’t want to implement them. It’s a very strange situation.
I’ll leave the link to the ticket here take a look, leave a vote and a comment if you can. Don’t forget, this affects you too, not just those of us already involved.

@George7 thanks man. Left my vote. If nothing will change, I will simply switch to someone else who can deliver this updates more frequently.
Have a good one and thank for bringing this to me
@Sina
Thank you very much for your comment.
Do you know the timeframe for this update to take place?
I can’t provide any detailed information about the status. If you’ve read the thread carefully, I recommend contacting @Helga directly.
Hi there, @Ivan_Taranuscenko
Unfortunately, we don’t have a set timeline for this feature, but the good news is that we offer the option to manually reduce cache time upon request. However, to make this possible, we’ve had to introduce an additional fee, as it came with some costs on our end.
If you’d like to reduce your cache time, please reach out to our Support Team — they’ll be happy to assist you
Same with my reviews. Frustrating. For a service-based business, recent reviews are paramount.
Hi there, @Bret_Iron
I completely understand your point, thanks a bunch for sharing your thoughts with us!
The only possible solution for now is to manually reduce the cache time for an additional fee, since this feature comes with additional costs for us as well.
If you’re interested in this offer, please contact our Support Team - they’ll gladly help you
I have reached out to the support team. They tell me that the All-In-One does NOT qualify for updating the cache with a fee. Are you guys talking with each other?
@Bret_Iron I am so sorry for all the confusion!
You see, the threads you’ve commented are dedicated to the Google Reviews app only:
As my colleagues from the Support Team correctly mentioned, this feature unfortunately isn’t available for the All-in-One Reviews app. However, this idea is already on the Wishlist - Reduce Cache time.
Please upvote this idea if you’d like to have a reduced cache time in your All-in-One Reviews widget
Most of my reviews are on Google… So I’m still confused.
The thing is that you add your Google source to our All-in-One Reviews app and an option to reduce the cache time is supported only in our standalone Google Reviews app.
I hope this explains things.
If you have any further questions, I’ll be happy to help
