Form Builder Email Notifications Not Working

We’ve been using the form builder on our website for over a year successfully, but as of the 28th, we no longer receive the notification emails. We’ve submitted a support ticket and tried the troubleshooting tips from the AI response, but have yet to hear back from support on the issue. Can you please help us resolve this?

The thing is that you’ve added the same email as a receiver, cc and bcc. the email provider rejects such emails, this is why you don’t receive your submissions:

Please remove this email from cc and bcc and should be fine :wink:
