**Issue description:**Hello, I created my website with Hostinger Builder. I’ve integrated a contact form but when I test it, the following message appears: “An error occurred while submitting the form, please try again”. I first entered my Outlook email to be notified, with no success, so I tried with a Gmail email address. I saved the change on Elfsight and on the site, but the same message appears when I Try to send a message from my website. I saw that other people had the same problem as me on hostinger but I don’t know what exactly I should do to fix the problem.. Can you help me, please?

Hi there, @user25098 ![]()
This issue occurs because of the Hostinger iframes. To fix it, you should reinstall the widget avoiding iframe.
For this, please replace your current widget’s installation code with the new one:
<script src="https://custom-scripts.elfsightcdn.com/public-scripts/hostinger-and-go-daddy/install-widget.js" data-banner></script>
<div class="elfsight-app-WIDGET_ID"></div>
In this code you should replace WIDGET_ID with the ID of your widget. Please try it out and let me know if it helped ![]()
Thank you so much, Max, you helped me out. It works perfectly. I had to make some changes to my contact page because the form was conflicting with an image next to it in the section. I found the solution by placing the image in the background and it looks great now. Have a good day or evening, depending where you are… ![]()
Oh, that’s great, many thanks for your kind words ![]()

Any useful update?
I tried clean cache , logout from Hostinger builder, clean cache, login again…
No widget using the trick here indicated
Thank you

Hi there, @user35536 ![]()
I see that you’ve sent the installation request and mentioned that you don’t quite get what is meant under the widget ID
Widget ID is the part of the installation code right after the elfsight-app:
Just in case, here is an article explaining how you can find it:
If you’ve already added the correct widget ID, but the issue still persists, please send me a link to the page where your widget is installed. I’ll be happy to look into this ![]()
Thank you very much.
I’ll try again to install Elfsight widget and send you the link to my contacts page
Best regards
Patrizia
