I wish you could customise repeat events, so that you could specify a date range for the repetition.
For example: if an event was running for 5 days in December, I would like to be able to set start date as 12-Dec-22, and set repeat daily until 05-Dec-22. Alternatively, you could specify number of repeats.
This functionality is available in Outlook and Mail calendars when setting up recurring meetings if you want to see it in action.

There needs to be a way to set a LAST DATE ON RECURRING events.
I have different recurring events on monday-friday betweeen late january to june and then september to mid december and there is no option to add the last date of the events.

Yes, I agree that an option to set an end date would be a great addition to the Event Calendar functionality, and we do have plans to think through this.

Yes, I’ve got really good news! Our devs are actively working on this feature these days, so they expect to release it within 2–3 weeks.

Definitely agree that an end date for recurring events is a must. We can’t have people thinking the event goes on for infinity.
It would also be ideal to show events past 30 days so people don’t assume nothing’s happening, and it allows them to plan their schedule.

Yes, we’re now working on extending the recurring events options, I hope the update will be rolled out very soon
