Let me check!
Thank you, as this confirms my theory that somehow Elfsights servers aren’t sending to personal email addresses or they’re being blocked by Google etc. I guess it’s over to the developers to attempt to resolve the issue now?
However the community using this send results should be made aware, that clients might not be receiving their personal submissions, if using gmail/hotmail etc.
Wait, I’ll test my test calculator. If it’s not working, maybe the servers are down or blocked by Google
Ok, good idea. clients receive notifications/emails from other FORMS submitted
Nothing, weird…
It’s possible that Google might have blocked it or something. Maybe you could ask @Max, as he is very professional with this kind of thing!
They will answer soon…
I’ve been trialing this again with a newly configured calculator & the results were being received in the default account inbox as well as being successfully delivered to gmail & hotmail accounts, it now has stopped again, i.e. received in any recipient inbox, whether its the account email or webmail accounts. Only receipt is the submission results to the default inbox, therefore as a client, they wont receive the email results, when using the send to email field.
That won’t be a good customer experience if they expect to receive the results but don’t receive them.
Hello guys, thank you so much for trying to figure out the issue! Our devs will look into this as soon as possible, and I’ll keep you updated.
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused
It seems to be back working ok this morning
I’ve checked things on my end and everything works as expected for now.
However, please make sure that you’ve enabled the Autoresponder Email for everyone filling out the form to receive an email with the results. @maxim this is the reason why you didn’t receive the email when testing your Calculator widget
Anyway, I’m going to report the issue so that our developers test things on their end. I’ll keep you posted!
Our devs have checked everything and didn’t find anything suspicious, but they’ll conduct a more detailed analysis.
However, if the issue comes up again, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to resolve it!
