As of this morning 07:30 GMT, the results aren’t being received to the recipients email from the form submission on the calculator . I THOUGHT THIS WAS BETA TESTED BEFORE RELEASE?
Also as I said yesterday the field/merge codes don’t pull the data from the manually created fields, when creating a bespoke email response to completion of the calculator form. i.e. FIELD NAME: Recipient Name coded to [recipient-name] doesn’t work.
@Darryl, I’m so sorry to hear that! We’re going to look into this, I’ll get back to you a bit later
Hi @Darryl,
I’ve checked your form, and everything worked fine for me: I received both emails with all the data included:
Could you please double-check it and let me know if the issue persists?
You can test it here: https://66b0f33cdc94441da7a309c675ba179e.elf.site
Make sure you fully test it before release as i’m finding major issues
i tested, works for me too @Darryl , you’re a client like the rest of us not the toxic CEO of a software company
Many thanks for your comment, @user16377! Great to hear you’re all set
@Darryl I hope the form works as expected for you, but we’re always happy to help if something goes wrong
Hello @Darryl!
Worked perfect for me too… maybe you can try look into your spam folder?
Helga (cc. all community responses thank you),
Having now tested this extensively (this morning) & looking at the test from the community, the problem seems to arise sporadically & mostly to recipient hotmail/gmail (that I’ve tested) emails.
This morning i’ve sent 3 tests to my business email, personal hotmail & gmail accounts, although I receive the submission to my business email inbox as confirmation of the widget submission, as a client filling in the calculator with the pop up email form, when i’ve entered all 3 emails to test at mins apart from each other, none are received in the intended recipients inbox?
N.B. I’ve checked the spam/junk folders on all 3 accounts & they’ve not fallen into them either, I also cross checked on my iPhone that synchronises my emails.
Hi Daryl,
So we the business get an email but the prospective client doesn’t?
Ravinol
I’ll test it out
Please let me know if you receive the email!
Yes, it seems that way
I tested it, and it worked well!
Received your submission from hidden@intady.com, did you?
It seems to work ok for a business email, but not personal i.e. gmail/hotmail test this route if you can.
yep, Just to clarify, this is only a test email. Please don’t mistake it for a scam or anything suspicious. Thanks for your understanding!
Oh! With a personal mail! Ill test it out for you!
Done!
Received from your@gmail.com did you receive it in that Gmail inbox?
