Allow the chatbot to send and receive photos within the conversation

This would be useful if a customer requests photos from the service/business provider. For example I’m a tattoo artist and a customer might want to see a picture from my portfolio.

The customer should be able to upload a picture or other document.

Maybe it can be connected to this Form to collect customer info:

Here at Metro Gallery Nebraska this would be a really cool thing especially if it could handle all 5000 or so images we have in inventory at any one time. Since we title all pictures with the artist and title of the work of art, it would be easy if the bot could just get the information from the image itself. The cool thing about using the system we are using is that the search is general enough that it searches the entire title for the words searched for. Windows doesn’t even do that properly anymore. That means it could populate the answer to the question (at least for the gallery) with links from our website that match the keywords while showing the appropriate picture.

We would love to have the ability to show customers images when they are asking for a certain product. It would be a huge help!

I think many users want the bot to act as a real assistant. Chat GPT allows voice interactions and files upload fot the assistant to check. It would be cool here, too. Even as an advanced feature, with a cost,
