Friends, we’ve got a pretty exciting AI Chatbot update to share! ![]()
We’ve added a few long-awaited features that make your assistant more visual, more flexible, and a little more “alive” in the chat. Let’s dive in ![]()
What’s inside the update?
Train your assistant with images and show them in chat
You can now add images to your assistant’s training and let it use them in chat replies.
Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF.
After upload, each image gets an automatically generated description based on your business context and knowledge base. You can edit it manually anytime:
Note: The assistant may use images not only from the Images section, but also from other knowledge sources, such as Files, Web Pages, and more.
This is especially helpful when text alone isn’t enough — for example, when your assistant needs to show a product, menu, instruction, example, or any other visual reference ![]()
Default Phone Country option for Collect Contacts skill
You can now manually choose a default country for the Phone field in the contact form, also known as the Collect Contacts skill.
Previously, the country was selected automatically based on the visitor’s browser locale. Now you can set it yourself, making the form more convenient for your main audience:
Online Status Indicator
You can now turn on a green dot that shows your assistant as online in the chat ![]()
It’s a small detail, but it can make the chatbot feel more available and encourage visitors to start a conversation:
Have you already tested the new options? Share your experiences in the comments — we’d love to hear from you
