Training Files search
We’ve added a search bar so you can quickly find training files by name — super handy when you have a long list:
Enhanced user memory
Now the chatbot remembers the visitor throughout the entire conversation thread. If a user starts a new chat right after finishing the previous one, the bot will still know who they are.
As a result, the contact collection form will no longer appear in these seamless follow-up chats — making the experience smoother and less repetitive for your visitors.
Minor issues fixed
Our devs also addressed the following issues:
- the display logic of the input field for required contact forms.
- Custom CSS and font issues with the Embed layout.
