Please add an option to upload multimedia files into Ai Assistant so that it can share it with website visitors

Thanks a bunch for sharing your ideas with us!
We already have a similar request for the images. Feel free to upvote it - Allow the chatbot to send and receive photos within the conversation.
As for sharing the audio and PDF files right in the conversation, this is a great idea too. We’ll have it in mind and see for more votes from the community
