Once in a while the Chatbot will reply to a question and says “ I see you uploaded a file, how can I assist you”, but no files were uploaded. Only questions were asked.

This is a known issue for a current language model (gpt 4 mini), which can be resolved by switching to a higher version (gpt 5-mini).
I’ve passed this on to the devs and will update you once the widget is switched ![]()
We’ve just switched your widget to the GPT 5 mini language model and this issue shouldn’t occur anymore ![]()
