Error | AI Chatbot "Uploaded File" Message

Hi @Max,

We are experiencing the exact same issue reported here. This is what our chatbot is displaying.

To solve it, can you kindly update our widget’s current GPT language model from GPT-4 Mini to GPT-5 Mini (or higher, if beneficial)?

Note: Respectfully, I highly recommend applying the solution to all of your AI Chatbot widget users.

Yep, we do have plans to gradually switch all our users to the GPT-5 mini model. Please upvote this request to receive a notification once it’s done.

As for your widget, I’ve forwarded your request to the devs and will update you once it’s switched :slightly_smiling_face:

Wanted to get back to you and let you know that your AI Chatbot’s GPT model was switched to 5 mini manually. Now, the Bot shouldn’t mention any files being uploaded anymore :slight_smile:
