Would love to be able to add “team member” to whom I can share access to my Elfsight account and my widgets. Preferably with different user roles where top level can add more users and purchase new widgets / change prices plans etc. and normal users only edit current widgets.
Folks, our former Wishlist portal, where our users shared their requests and suggestions, was transferred to this forum. You’re most welcome to vote, add new ideas, and leave your comments here — we surely will consider them all!

Howdie, folks!
I’m happy to say that we’re in the full swing of discussing this very option with you in our forum!
Since we’re rebuilding our dashboard these days, we also want to consider an option to share access to your Elfsight account.
If you haven’t shared your ideas and suggestions with us yet, please feel free to do so in this thread: https://community.elfsight.com/t/feature-discussion-share-access-to-your-elfsight-account.
Talk to you soon!

Hi!
Yeah, that’s why we decided to discuss it with you in our forum, so that we know what exactly you’d love to see, and what your use-case look like.
Feel free to join the discussion here: Feature Discussion: Share access to your Elfsight account.
We’re going to post an update there any time soon!
Thank you
We have widget for each country, but want to limit access for each of them, so they are able to edit only dedicated widget.
Too often organizations, like my school, have multiple presenters entering in their offerings. It would be great to have a collaboration option.
I feel that this feature is a must.
Totally back up your idea, @Brennan!
Hopefully, we’ll be able to make it soon
So any news for this idea?
I really would like to see this feature.
Working with a team and only one account is not ideal.
@Jeronimo I totally agree with you here! It’s true that we’re actively working on the option letting you share access to your Elfsight account, and this task is part of the global update for our entire dashboard, that’s why it’s taking time.
I would not love to give false hopes, but I really hope that we will have tangible results in a couple of months, I’ll make sure to keep you updated on how things are going in this thread
Thank you for your interest and patience!
For us, while we don’t have a need to outsource to other companies/customers - we would very much appreciate the ability to share the administration load of apps/widgets across more than one person/account in our company.
For now, we have been advised to share a single login - which is fine short-term, but obvs. a) a security risk and b) provides no accountability (e.g. “who deleted that form?”)
Thanks!
@PaulN Awesome points, Paul, totally agree with you!
I’ve moved your comment to another thread, where we’re discussing an option to add team members to your account. What’s more, we’re working on this option these days, and we expect it to be included in the new Dashboard release within a month or two
Anyways, all the updates will be posted here for you to stay informed
Thanks a lot for your help and welcome to the Elfsight Community! We’re happy to see you here with us
Ok thanks @Helga, much appreciated.
P.S. - The reason I posted on that other topic, as because that was the one recommended by Renata via e-mail. I agree, this is a more accurate topic for my request. So may wanna let them know this exists also. Thx again!
Oh, thanks for the note, I’ll definitely update the info for the Support Team!
It would be great if the account login panel could be offered in more than one language. I’m brazilian and many of my clients don’t know English, for example.

@Klayton you’ve got a point here, thank you for sharing!
We’ll try to think about languages
My customers always want to edit the pop-ups themselves. I can’t be there for everyone 24/7, but I would love to continue using this service. So - hit the keys
