I’m really sorry for the delay in delivering this feature. It’s been taking longer than expected, and we’ve decided not to provide any specific timeframes as meeting deadlines has become challenging.
Agency account feature is quite complicated, as it requires a lot of efforts and thorough consideration of many details. We also had to postpone works on agent accounts due to migration to a new dashboard, which meant moving all users as well (very complicated and long process).
To cut it short, we have decided that the first steps towards the agency account will be two features: Folders for good organization and ability to Add team members to your account. The first feature is already on the design stage. All the updates will be posted in the dedicated topics.
Once again, apologies for such a delay with this feature. We are doing our best to implement it as soon as possible, but, at the moment, we just don’t have enough resources to deal with all the important suggestions and requests.
