Well, although we really strived to have a share option ready by October, I’m afraid we’re still in the development phase. I know that the design is about to be approved, and once that’s done, we’ll be all set for development. I would expect it to be live within a month :slight_smile:

All I REALLY need is an embed script that is white labelled/neutral. So no mentioning of “elfsight” in the URL or CSS.

We (the collective we) desperately need this feature. Thank you for considering it.
I want to add a plug in to a clients site and many on my team will want to edit it, but mostly we want to empower the client to log in and edit content, especially for the even calendar plugin.
This is especially important if there is an event change and we are not able to edit it in a timely manner.

I think this is a two tier change.

  1. Accounts. I set up and pay for an agency account. I pay the bills and manage the access.
  2. Invite others to be users on my account. This is my team. If I give them permission they can add users. I invite them to my team. Their account can belong to many teams. Freelancers.
  3. Some users can be customers. Customers have no rights except at the individual plug in level. On the plug in we set up users that can login and edit the content. Not change the design, etc.

I would also like to see the ability to transfer ownership of the client’s account to make a clean transition if the client moves their services.

I can only afford to have my own account, but I use it for multiple clients and found out the hard way when a client suddenly decided to cut ties (but she came back!). Now, she’s purchased her own account, and I’ll be recreating the widgets to place on her website.

I’m really sorry for the delay in delivering this feature. It’s been taking longer than expected, and we’ve decided not to provide any specific timeframes as meeting deadlines has become challenging.

Agency account feature is quite complicated, as it requires a lot of efforts and thorough consideration of many details. We also had to postpone works on agent accounts due to migration to a new dashboard, which meant moving all users as well (very complicated and long process).

To cut it short, we have decided that the first steps towards the agency account will be two features: Folders for good organization and ability to Add team members to your account. The first feature is already on the design stage. All the updates will be posted in the dedicated topics.

Once again, apologies for such a delay with this feature. We are doing our best to implement it as soon as possible, but, at the moment, we just don’t have enough resources to deal with all the important suggestions and requests.

A huge thank you for your comments and questions! They really help us set priorities and point us in the right direction :slightly_smiling_face:
