Hey so can you guys add a way for the AI chatbot/chatbot box to show a direct support email, like really easily and good?

insert this Text at the Assistant Instructions.

Display the support email support@email.com as a link

Tell the bot when it should do this. For example, for specific questions or when the bot doesn’t have an answer.

Or provide your email address in the follow-up message.

Thanks but is there like a quick way, like on the support chat box without asking the Ai for a email for like a little contact us via email button in the chat box, if the user doesn’t want to talk to the Ai for any reason. Makes sense what you say tho.
