i have a problem.
Before the installation of this app, i used the languages embeded frmo my onlain server provider.
Yor app i better that theirs, as it translates everything from the site, as my provider said that in order that i use theirs i have to translate all the pages, which is very inconvenient.
The thing is that if i use your language app the price calculated at the check out is in BGN Bulgarian leva, which is leading to misconfusion for the buyers as it is said at check out that it is in their currency, for example RON Romania lei which is lower than the BGN which is not good for us. Or if it is bought in a country using EU currency, tha problem is for the buyer, and not ok for them.
If i use both your app and the servers app it is even more confusing.
Is there a way that you can add automatic currncy conversion to the language.
Or to tell me if you have a currency converter that can be connected to our online store www.noonebrand.com
I’m interested in using the translator widget to expand my global outreach, and I’d also like to utilize the price widget tool, too. Since my product pricing varies by country, is there a way for the price widget to automatically adjust based on the viewer’s location since I’d be utilizing translator widget? Ideally, I’d like to have pre-loaded pricing specific to each market.
Greetings and welcome to the Community, @user21338
At the moment, unfortunately, there is no way to automatically convert currencies when changing languages. However, we already have this idea on the Wishlist, and I’ve merged your comment with the existing request
If more users support this idea, we’ll try to consider it in the future.
Thanks Max,
As a workaround, what if I create a subdomain for each country? Can I use the widget on each subdomain with its own pricing table? Or, if I have multiple widgets, will each pricing table count against the plan’s limit (where the premium plan allows only 21 widgets)? I’m also unsure whether the pricing table and website translator count toward that limit for each page, or if widgets can be used on every page without affecting the widget limit. I hope that makes sense!
and one challenge I’m facing is the purchase parity from country to country. It can’t just be an automatic currency conversion—pricing could differ from country to country, and not just be a straight currency exchange.
Sure, you can create a separate widget for each subdomain. If you subscribe to the Pricing Table Premium plan, you’ll be able to create up to 21 Pricing Table widgets and install them on unlimited number of pages.
So if you’re using the same Pricing Table widget on 7 different pages, it’s counted as 1 widget.
Please let me know if this explains things or if you have any questions left
