I’ve just signed up and have tried using the accessibility widget. I installed it on my website and I could see it there but when I clicked on some of the options it didn’t alter anything. Should it do this?

As far as I understood, your widget is installed on the Wix website. This issue occurs because the Wix platform wraps the website elements into iframes.
To fix the issue, you should install the widget avoiding iframes using one of the following methods:
