Issues with ADA Plugin and Wix

Hi.

I installed the ADA plugin in a SquareSpace site and it appears to be working well. I had a couple issues that the community helped with and now it’s working as it should.

I have another client in Wix [blah] and I’m trying to install it there. While it “kind of” is working, it’s not great.

It does not follow the scroll down the page, it has this weird horizontal scrolling bar, and it only works in a small window.

The issue appears because of the Wix iframes. To fix the issue, please reinstall the widget avoiding iframes - Installing Elfsight widget on Wix avoiding iFrame - Elfsight Help Center.

If you face difficulties with it, please request the widget installation in your dashboard and our Support Team will gladly assist you with it. Do not forget to mention that the widget should be installed avoiding iframes :slightly_smiling_face:

didn’t work – i followed the instructions perfectly [twice] and the widget is not showing up. i used to write user guides…there are a few areas in these instructions that need help, btw :grin: anyway, i’ll contact the ‘widget installation’ support team to help me. thanks anyway.
